I just bought a '99 Ls 2 weeks ago. I've filled up 4 times and the fuel guage has not gone all the way up to the full side, stops just below the F line. Any suggestions? I even put a little extra in, after the gas pump clicks off. It's stock, no mods.

 

Well, I don't know much about this, but first off, don't fill it more after it clicks! More will just lead to leaking and you don't want that.

Second, your sensor is messed up and will have to check that out.

I tink the sensors for the DC is early. When it clicks for me, I could still put about a good 1-2 gallons before it gets Full. If i stop at the first click, its always below the F. But if i add about 1 gallon more, It reaches till the F Line.
