order new shocks, new springs.
sway bars, don't go bad unless they sustained damage.
get new bushings all around. Consider getting Polyurethane Bushings, they might be a bit harsh but should improve handling a substantial amount.
and re-torque each and every bolt on the caR.

I'd skip the springs.

Bushings, go nuts!

Don't forget to check the balance of the wheels and the alignment.

the only bushings I would do is stock or maybe mugen hard rubber. because I don't want to get bumped out of stock autox class.

so springs wear out?

Keep the springs and get a set of Koni yellows.

Send em back and get some Koni yellows

I wouldnt worry about springs, bushings could be a good idea though. And as others mentioned, a good alignment if you havent had one recently.

Bushings are hard to replace. Does not really matter whether they are rubber or poly. This is a job you probably wasnt to give to a shop to do (and one with experience) Lots of the bushings have to be pressed, cut or torched out and have to be pressed in. Not something that would be fun without a lift.

Also you cannot use the Mugen hard rubber bushings and stay in stock class - only stock bushings will do as replacements (except front sway bar bushings which are free and shock bushings).
