safc/dsm,255 lph,yay or nay for 300 whp goal on build engine
when I say build engine i mean
eagle rods ,srp pistons 9.1 , acl bearings bunch of more **** ?.
this is a question for non haters because everyone on this corner of the great ht (fi) seems to HATE SAFC
just bc ur runing standalone doesnt mean ur th@ ****

If you've already said you only want to hear from people that like the SAFC, what do you expect to hear? That it sucks and it's terrible?
I wouldn't push 450s to 300 whp with just an SAFC. That's getting near their limit at stock fuel pressure.

why spend good money on building it but then do the hack.
afc hack - 250 - 300 + tuning
uberdata etc, 200 + tuning (and that is if you buy the things necessary to chip your ecu yourself I got my P28 already chipped for WAAAY less than an SAFC

Flow falls off under pressure, especially with the Walbros, so it's a tradeoff... I'm not saying you can't push past 300 whp, just that I don't know if I'd try it as a goal
