Transmission parts list
I just ordered my transmission from Len
Now I am getting ready for install. Are there any "small parts" I am going to need before I start to take the R apart? I know I need MTF. I also need the two rear bolts that go into the rear mount into the trans case. I suck at reading these pics for parts. #23?

yup, it sure does as mine came with it. I didn't have to buy anything extra except for trans oil.
FYI: use a cherry picker to lower the trans into the car. The hangers are in the right spot so that the trans is level to allow for the input shaft to slide into the clutch disc.
I used to support the motor with a cherry picker but decided to use it to lower the trans in. The motor will not sag too much. Before I used to bench press the trans into place. I'll never do that again.

It may take less time to do it that way then getting a engine hoist hooked up, but its still a pain in the *** jacking it up from the bottom with 2 people working on it. Maybe thats just because when it comes time to put the tranny back in I've had too many PBR's.

Yeah two guys is easier from the bottom but if you are alone, the hoist works like a charm.
Come to think about it, I think I slid the trans under the car and then hooked it up and lifted it from there.
