How Much HP will i gain with Type R cams, On a gsr with boltons ?

I have a set of type r cams and was woundering if they are worth installing on my GSR. Do i have to upgrade the valve springs if my redline is stock? Also How much hp am i looking at if i just have cold air, header, and cat-back?

i have an ls/vtec with 01 itr cams and stock valvetrain and they feel great...good midrange...and vtec hits hard and loud...and pulls up to 8400..
