Default lights in dash stay on after key is pulled

guys i've posted this in other forums but did not have luck...

b18c1 motor will crank and crank but wont turn, no spark, cant figure out why. new plugs wires cap rotor, ignitor, coil checked good. main relay checked out okay.

i do not hear the fuel pump primiing but fuel is spraying out of the regultor when i unplug the return line.

what's odd is the lights in the dash, oil, srs etc stay lit when i pull the key out of ignition. it'll turn if i pull the alternator fuse or unplug the battery.

this bug is driving me insane!!!!!!! help

This isnt ITR related. But you definitely have an electrical problem, what have you done to the car.

Sorry for the double post, check to see if the distributor got power and the contacts are good, if it got power and everything checks out good you might need a new distributor. Check all your engine grounds before you do that to

i've got to figure out how to check if the dizzy is getting power...i still don't get why the lights stay lit (seatbelt, oil, in the gauge etc) and i'm able to control the windows with the key out of the ignition...no power to the ac or radio though

i did crank it and i hear the a buzzing sound coming from around the throttlebody

i pulled the ecu and took the cover off, everything looks fine and doesn't smell like anything got fried...

any other ideas?
