yea found at most local automotive shops... you can buy it for 2-5$ you can tell a bad one from a good one by shaking it if you hear clicking sounds and you can feel teh samll valve move freely it shoudl be good(not a precise way to check but works).. another way is you can unplug it from the valve cover with the car on and plug the whole with your finger tip is the iddle raises a bit then it could be good.. if it doesnt thenit means the vavle is already plugged
did you add sum lubrication to the rubber seal when you put it back?.. if not its always a good thing to do.. i just put adrop of motor oil on my finger tip and rub it around the rubber seal.. either that or sum spit will work ok..

Actually it wasn't the plug, but the ring connector that I had to re-seat, and yes, I made sure the plug itself has some oil on it.
