Ok well I just got a D15B1 and a tranny from a civic std and people told me that the tranny is 4 speed? Is this true? Also will this engine be a bolt in operation? I need help fast. College starts on Friday (orientation) and I don't have a car. Will the tranny work in my car, which is 5 speed, or do I need to use my tranny? And will my tranny even work?

I just need a replacement now and I don't have the money to buy a better d series right now and I don't want to do any b swaps right now.
hey man good to see you made it home
its all bolt in. Tranny is indeed a 4spd and as i told you in goodshape but clutch is beyond fragged will just bolt right in it was a dual point can be left that way or wired to mpfi with ease.
