If you mean the bumper covers, yes...the only difference in the hoods is that the 94-95 has an h emblem on it. I think the grill is different too..

Headlamps and fenders are the same on all 4cylinder varients.
The difference is in the front bumper fascia and hood

1) Parking lights are smaller on the 94-95
2) Different treatment below the lower grill opening.
3) Honda emblem mounts to hood on 94-95
4) Honda emblem mounts to upper grille on 96-97

They will interchange as far as bolting up.

The six cylinder varient is entirely different (front end is longer to accomodate the v6)

I went with the clean look on my 96 front end.
A 96 hood, 96 bumper (could use 95 bumper if you like it better), 94-95 grille.
This gives you a front end with no badging. I couldn't stand the crome trimmed grille on my 96 so I swapped it with a 94-95 grille I bought from the dealer and had it painted to match the car.

i love the lip on the 94-95...as well as those super swanky 7 spoke EX rims. the 94-95's def look more racy than the 96-97...but i think the latter is much more dignified and classy than the previous..
the chrome accents everywhere.. and i LOVE the 96-97 grille. that chrome H on the grille looks great..
but i hate the H on the hood on the 94-95. i think it looks very out of place.

i have a 97 and am planning on going the type-R style grill from T.A.S. and then doing jdm black lenses up front. i do like the 94-95 front grill but @ $50 plus paint i can't really argue with the type-R. the bumper lenses are larger on the 96-97's.

hmm i like the 96-97's front end.. the 94-95 lip is nice.. but i like teh 96 blinkers.. they look more like the itr front end since they are longer..... as for the rear end.. i dont like the design of the one peice breaks.. it makes the trunk look to big..i think the 2 peice give the rear a bit more charactor.. its hard to say whos is better cuz both has pros and cons.. wheni get my car back i can do sum befor/ after pics hehe
