I have an EG-6. I just put a D16Z6 into it. the car starts and everything, but it has a really BAD idle.. its LOUD, but at low RPM's. when i press on the gas. it revs up untill ABOUT 1500 RPMS then just STOPS, if i hold the gas, the RPM's dont rise but just stops then u hear nothing. and the car just STALLS. i have the D16Z6 distributor on it. im not sure if thats the one I need.

if anyone knows whats wrong. plz help me my cars just been sitting in the garage for about 3 months now

hey.... make shure that you dont have the map sensor and the tps crossed...

i bet it kinda idles like it has a mild-wild cam huh.. sounds sweet. no power.. itl rev up to 1500 alright but then bog till it dies huh
