well you have a GSR, not a Type R, right. if thats so, I would try posting in the Integra forum, but really just go to the Dyno, and find out yourself

maybe he has a friend with a B18C5 or he's working on another car or he is just
plain curious....
This is why I don't ask anymore questions in the ITR forum. I forgot the ITR is not an Integra.....

It's not that they're being rude, you're just insignificant.

Hehe, and nor was I. But yes, I do your honesty

And I do find ITR's to be delightful, but give me 4-5 grand and I'll be handing ITR's their lunch...

haha, I can see why it was moved, but I don't think it should have been.... just my 2 cents though. Either way, I'm sure someone can help you out even here.

Please do not set your VAFC according to what other have set. You will most likely fry your engine if you do due to the altitude differences alone... not to mention no two engines are alike. I'd suggest you save your money and go to a dyno with a wide band o2 sensor... you'll be much happier.

with toda B cams the vtec and non-vtec lobes are very similar so you don't need vtec to engage until you are fairly up in the rev range....I'd say close to 7000rpm but like every one already mentioned, go to the dyno and see which setting works best for you/your motor

BTW, todaBs and other agressive cams are a common upgrade to ITRs since they already come with R cams ...so it's understandable why this thread was posted in the ITR forum to bigin with....besides Vegetable(or whatever his name is) is right, no other integra could ever compare to an ITR

1.- "Drag racing is for those who can't steer"
2.- Who cares the ITR is the best Integra? I DON'T!
The SI si the best Civic , and the Cobra is the best Mustang.....
3.- ANY car has potential and can be made better than the ITR, if money is not a problem.
4.- I don't have an ITR and I did not want an ITR. I wanted a green GSR SEDAN and that's what I have!

I think VTEC for the B's is around 6500 rpm.

Ohhh, its the big-bad ITR owner Why the **** do ITR owners in their little forum have to be such ********??? I mean, ****, we all have integras. i guess our GSR questions arent worthy of the almighty ITR forum. Well, i say **** YOU YOU COCKY ********. Why are you so opposed to helping people out? We are all car entheusiasts and love our Hondas, and you guys create all this bullshit between you ITR owners and us "lower" Integra owners.

PS- this is the MINORITY of ITR owners, but there are a few on thos board, not gonna mention any names here.....

If you still have stock ECU, it is most likely that you need to lean the idle a lot and add a lot of fuel up top.
But like everyone said, don't do any big changes on the setting until you goto a dyno!!
