What brand/style fan is this??? Where can i get one??? Do the bolts go straight through to the brackets or is there somthing more that needs to be done???

 

you can get those at auto zone or advance auto or somthing like that in your area.....they are usually "zip-tied" through the fins on the radiator.

 

For even more room in the engine (mostly applying to turbo installs) you can take the fan off and put it on the other way and mount the fan on the other side as a pusher.

I ordered one from a local domestic hot-rod shop once. Make sure it can push as much CFM as at least the stock one (usually not a problem though).
