i got a slimline fan and it did come with this kind of mouning hardware, but how so i mount it like this?

I got a slim fan as well. what I did was just drill a couple holes(one for each mounting location of the fan) in the "lip" on the side of the radiator, and mounted the fan with zip ties. looks much better and is even, compared to the above pics IMO.

i have that mounting kit, i just dont know how to make it work cause it didnt have the instructions, im confused on how to put it through the rad?

the long pieces... u feed through the radiator fins, then cap it off with the other pieces on the other side of the raidator
