Im about to buy a set of itr cams for my stock b18c for about 250$. I know another guy who put ctr cams in his gsr integra and he really noticed a difference, my question is will the itr cams help me out as well as ctr cams? I also am going to hook up my vafc when i do this and hopefully find the money to get a skunk2 intake manifold. Any suggestions or information from people who have used a set up similar to this would be appreciated.

 

ITR cams you will notice a difference with. CTR cams are slightly different, a lot of people will mis-match the two for the best power. For 250$ though you can't go wrong with the ITR's.

 

theres a bit of mixed info. this is known though: the 96-99 US ITR cams are an improvement. the 00-01 US ITR cams are almost the same as CTR cams. this *may* be true for the jdm cams as well. the newer cams are more aggressive, making more power. the exhaust cams on ctr and itr are identical.
