GC with custom Eibach spring rates

GC with custom Eibach spring rates
hey guys, what would you recommend for spring rates? i want the ride to be noticeably stiffer than stock but not too unbearable... do you think 300/350 would be good?

Not sure about the S2K but I run my Turbo DC daily driver with GC's at 380f/400r. Even that is a little soft for me.
Would like to hear from other S2K drivers with this setup but in Civic/Integra land, 350f/400r has been found the best in balancing comfort and racing.
