Default fpr needed for 75 shot wet kit?

Just to make sure, do I need an FPR for a zex 75 shot? heard that the lowest the pressure can be is 38 psi. and do you need to set that on the fpr? is it ok running that increased fuel pressure when not spraying? btw this is on a stock fuel pump. any ideas? thanks!

a fpr may not be needed, but it is cheap insurance, Im not sure how high the stock fuel pump will let yo raise the fuel pressure though.
