*** DO NOT SHOP FROM INLINEFOUR.COM ***
Inlinefour will rip you off!!! There are some shady characters working there and a lot of shady(aka hot, stolen, etc..) parts that they will try to sell you. How do I know?...they tried to sell me a used tranny with the vin number missing. You could tell that they pulled it off because you could see where the vin tag was. I don't understand why a store would do this? And talk about sh!tty customer service, I tried to call them for a simple question and those jackass's put me on hold for 20min. Whats up with that? Oh ya, don't deal with that skinny cracked out looking chinese dude....he was really rude to me and my friends, plus I could tell he just wanted our money.
I don't know about all that stolen stuff, but they aren't the best at customer service. I stood in their shop room for about 15 minutes before someone noticed I was even there, mind you, there were 3 guys in the next room over talking.

A friend of mine ordered some shock from them and they charged him twice. He had to get it handled through his bank because he said their customer service wouldn't help him at all. I think my buddy is just a dumb *** and clicked the order button twice or something. But he did only get 1 set of shocks so who knows..

Same here since 2001.
For those of you who complain ablut bad customer service, I think it's just because they get overloaded.

yeah man they are kinda shady, they have sooooo much used parts, like they are parting out a bunch of cars, like they had an rsx where they were selling the head, seats, suspension body parts but not the block or transmission (the things that have vin numbers) also in their shop money rules. i was in there just getting some brake pads and some kid came in after me but pulled out a wad of cash and bought a ton of stuff, so who do you think got the boot and who got all the attention

Yea, because no one has ever crashed a car before. Did you even stop to think that maybe some one else wanted the parts that they weren't selling? Maybe they wanted to keep them?
For christs sake the way some of you act on here I am not suprised you get horrible service. What next, a post bitching about a banks poor service because they wouldn't give you a loan to get some hype *** rotas y0?

IMO they are a bit shady, I bought some CRX ES inserts from them a while back. On their site they listed them for $15 dollars and some change, when I went to get them in person they were asking $27 dollars + tax
. On top of that I ask if they had a used CRX motor mount lying around that I could buy and they tried to sell it to me for $50, I just went to honda and got a new one for $52. Shitty customer service too, great job on keeping customers happy

I've bought quite a bit from them. I have talk to them over the phone, and they answered all the questions I had. I can't say a single bad thing about them. Their service is excellent.
The only problem I ever had was them not shipping to my physical address because the credit card was billed to the PO box. That wasn't even they're problem though, it was our bank
I never had any problems getting parts from them online but in person they sure don't know how to reward repeat buyers at their store though unless you're one of the "Homies"

It is also illegal, I bet if you contact MC/VISA, they would have their privileges taken away.
