94 GSR performance questions

94 GSR performance questions
Hey guys i just got a 94 GSR and it has AEM short ram intake, DC header, Greddy EVO full exhaust.
questions:
1. Would it actually hurt performance to get a Skunk 2 Intake Manifold and Skunk 2 Throttle body with just the bolt ons?
2. What cams would you go with for a Mild performance gain... yet still streetable and idles pretty close to stock... but gains mainly in VTEC range?
3. Would an AEM pulley kit help me out any, i've only heard about them never used them.
My plan over the winter is to do cross drilled and slotted rotors all around and for engine wise: Cams, cam gears, skunk 2 IM and TB and Apexi V-AFC, sound like reasonable power gains?
