did you get his VIN number and licence plate, you know where he live. I would hate if people posted where my car is,what if the guy works there. and the wrong people that follow these boards can find out. I would just be morecareful what I post about this Stolen beauty we call the type R

If he works there and parks his car outside a Macaroni Grill in Houston on a regular basis he has more to worry about than what happens here on H-T...

it was at the willowbrook location and he doesn't work there - I do. Its just pretty rare to see an R and they are great cars thats why I was asking. Usually though people who buy R's are into peformance and would probably be on a board like h-t. Unlike civics where 1/2 are owned by soccer moms.

only about 10-20% of actual type R owners are on honda tech. ive met so many by just driving around. ill follow them and flag them down, lol.

I think you might be wrong there...I have noticed that a lot of R owners are not into performance...just street racing and looking good.

i like to street race(about once a month) and look good....nothing wrong with that. Cant afford 150+ for a JE event. I rather spend that money on some maintenance work or new tires.

Everyone says that. Not around here though. I see like 1-2 every day pretty much. Most of the time they're black, but if not black, then it's PY. I think the CW ones are rare.

Because a clean Civic can be own by anyone like a grandma. And not many grannys can sign on to the Internet these days...at least not mine..

That's true though...I think the R owners in Japan in general are much more devoted to racing. That's why I'm pushing as many people as I can to racing, despite he/she owns a sport car or not(autox)....so far, few seems to like it...sigh.
