lately i would start my stock 95 civic ex and seems like it burns the fuel in the rail then stalls and then i will try to start and it doesnt turn on for a second or 2. it finally does start and stay running. ive changed the main relay yo a jdm one from my front clip and it still does the same thing. another thing i might mention is that my fuel gauge does not work , it does work sometimes when the car is cold and then the needle automatically jumps to F. ive swapped about 3 clusters, the other clusters CX, dont even go up at all, they automatically go to E. any ideas?

 

i think its your fuel pump is working properly, might want to swap out for another one. just see from there
