Default Is this a good way to even out your car's stance as well as balance the weight?

I stumbled on this page a while ago and was wondering if this would even out my car's stance and distribute the weight pretty well? I now it's not corner weighting, but is would this be a waste of time?

Sounds like it would work to an extent.

As long as it's better than adjusting, measuring from hub to fender, adjusting, measuring from hub to fender over and over.

the author of the article fails to realize that getting your ride heights even has absolutely NOTHING to do with "corner weighing".

when youre finished completing an actual corner weighing, trying to get cross weights equal, your ride heights will in fact look very unequal and probably screwed up. but thats just how it is. the weight distribution on a production car is far from symetric in any axis.

and as far as their instructions on how to equalize ride heights, well.... duh. if one side is higher, you adjust the other until it equalizes.

There is a big difference between equal ride height and corner balancing, and I don't see how this guys writeup accomplishes either one.
