anyone know how to adjust ST corsa cam gears?
As per ST Corsa's instructions:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">To make cam timing adjustments, remove the shoulder bolt. Next, loosen the four main bolts and then make the proper timing adjustments. Re-tighten the four main bolts and test. Once you have determined the optimal timing, apply Blue Loctite on the threads of the shoulder bolt and then hand tighten (3/32” Allen wrench). Now apply Blue Loctite to the four main bolts and torque to 14 ft. lbs. (8mm or 5/16” 12 point socket).
*The gears are shipped with the shoulder bolt set in between 0 and 1R (right under the top dead center mark). This is zero degrees (=original factory cam gear setting). If you want to advance 1 degree, remove the shoulder bolt and loosen the four main bolts. Next, rotate the inner hub to the left until the hole just behind of the 1A mark lines up with the outer hub (keep in mind that only one hole will line up with the proper setting). If you want to retard 1 degree, just rotate the inner hub to the right until the hole to the right of the 1R mark lines up with the hole in the outer hub. The shoulder bolt will always be to the right of each advance or retard mark. </TD></TR></TABLE>
