hey, on my 96 coupe i have a wings west w-type lip.

it came with the double sided tape, so i used that, along with some screws in the wheel wells. but now it is falling off!!

how does everybody have it secured? I really dont want to put screws through the face of the lip, because everybody will see that and it will ruin the lip

 

Double side tape, use heavy duty one. Clean the surface where the tape will be over first before put it down.

i used the one that came with the lip. and also i redid it once already using 3M double sided tape.

i'm suppose to clean the bumper off with acetone, right?

 

anybody else have techniques/

 

should i leave the stock lip on? or take it off?

 

I left mine on...I have the touring front on tho, It kind of fits right over it in the front...see what works best for you

 

how do you have that installed? just double sided tape???
