got a b16a2 that's waiting for a rebuild for boost.

i need you guys to recommend me a good piston & rod setup for reliable power.

i was thinking about tuner toys rods and wisco or je pistons and arp studs ?!?

what about head gasket should i go oem or other brand?

also which piston rings do you guys recommend?

manley rods, cp pistons, oem headgasket, darton mid or golden eagle hd sleeves, arp or goldeneagle head studs

 

-Pauter or Manley rods
-CP pistons
-Cometic MLS HG or OEM if you stick with stock bore size
-ARP head studs
-ARP rod and main bolts

 

manley and pauter rods come with arp2000 rod bolts. and the stock mani blts are more than enough. all the mani studs do is cause you to have to linebore your block which is about 220 bucks

 

i am using JE pistons and a set of crower rods, have gone over 20 daily and havent had a problem in 2 years

 

i like wiseco and crower. wiseco comes with coated side skirts.
