Put in the screws at the ends and use double sided tape in the middle 3M.

to make it fit.....i took of the bumper, wrap'd the lip around as tight as possible and drilled two screws on each end. fits perfectly, no need for tape in the middle unless you want that part to touch down with the bumper.

Ok first off what year do you have? Im guessing by your sig its a 96? I would explain it, but it might be confusing, and if you dont have a 94-97 that would be alot of confusion for nothing.

Are they Z shaped brackets? If they are, it goes at the very bottom of the lip on the middle, and the other side goes to the bottom side of the bumper to support.

Sort of like double sided tape, but for the bottom.

i just installed mine yesterday, i had some extra Z brackets taht a friend of mine DIDN'T use (the big ones)...

i used 4 of them on the lip, using the larger hole on the lip side and the two smaller holes on the bumper side i used the small screws supplied to mount the brackets to the bumper, and simply used double sided tape and zip ties to anchor the lip to the brackets, figured that'd be enough to hold it

Do this. Leave it in the sun for about 30 mins prior to install. Make sure it is direct sunlight. Then try to re-install it. You will have a much easier time, and the lip will stretch for you 1/2"
