on the lense of the unit, there are horizontal lines running across it. on a 98 spec lense, in front of the projector, there are no lines in front of it whereas on a 96 spec, the lines just go right across

Search Rboosted17's threads, he has a good one with hid comparisons and pics of the JDM HID and Non-Hid housings...
I searched under HID, with archive selected and found it on the end of the first page or near the second a couple days ago.
