Well this happened all of a sudden. Literally, it went from shifting like butter one day, to the next, I was having to randomly shove the shifter into gear.

It's not one particular gear, and its not all the time. I'd say 80% of the time, I have to use MORE force than should be required to put the transmission into gear.

I checked the level on the clutch fluid, and it was a little low. I filled it up, but did not have a chance to bleed it (I was alone). I also just changed the transmission fluid today, and neither thing seemed to have an effect on the shifting.

Anyone know what this could be? Clutch? Air in lines maybe?

 

OEM clutch? 40k miles range? My OEM clutch dism crapped out on me around that point. My R had the same symptoms as youR's.

My clutch crapped out on my at 52k miles in my 00 ITR. The sytems were also the same.

Will it go into gear if you rev match without grinding?
