What are your plans for it? How much are you expecting to get out of it? Will it be a daily driver?

rev hard would be the better choice i assume, a precision hybrid turbo it came with. i heard of it but none of the guys at home have one i can base my knowledge on. most folks here have small greddy and gsx turbos. got a friend with a b20z t3/t4 turbonetics kit and kicks *** but haven't really experience other.

turbo kits get discussed on a daily basis

do yourself and us all a favor and search first....then if needed come back at us with a more in depth question.

I like the DRAG kit cuz it's a/c compatible and it comes with just about everything you need. Do a search in the Turbo forum and see what they have to say.

I'm sure you can't go wrong with either kit though, it depends on your $$ I guess.

Good luck!

i just bought a revhard/2 kit. it is awesome, badass turbo Presicion SC44 came with my GSR kit. pulls hard as hell on 6 PSI. very nice kit except the stupid down pipe that came with the kit pretty much junk i had to buy a whole different down pipe because the fitment was so bad. and it was only a little elbow anyway that came out of the turbo went down and stopped, instead of stopping under the oil pan. only other complaint is that it didnt come with a air filter set up like the drag but thats not much to complain about. overall love the kit, would HIGHLY recommend it.

Drag Gen 3 are a great kit for a good price. The only thing is the wastegate supplied with the kit is garbage so you should replace that. Head on over to the FI forum better info on turbo's there. Both kits you mentioned are very good along with the Full-Race kit.

I've heard nothing but good about RevHard kits. Ever thought about piecing one together yourself?

yes i've calculated the amount to be somewhat the same as a whole kit depending on what you want, my friend has a custom kit for fc rx7 and that **** is not a direct fit. all the cuttin and weldin and relocatin was nothin but headaches. i do have an incomplete kit, just missing down pipe, i.c. piping and i.c. yep that's almost another grand or so when i can get a direct fit kit for less.

I have the peakboost kit... Simply the best kit for 2800 you can find.

Dragsport magezine did an article on it, 402HP on a stock b18c on like 12psi or something.

Great deal if you ask me.

OKAY but dont you have to ditch the A/C and get a civic radiator too?? with the peakboost kit? thats even more money and headache.

TEDDY DC2- the 57 trim is not too big i have a 60 trim myself, it is not too big either. i went with the REVHARD kit because alot of my friends had them and loved them. i like the DRAG because it comes with a intake pipe setup, but it also comes with a MANIFOLD that is bad about causing BOOSTCREEP and the turbo is just basically your basic turbo kit turbo, where the REVHARD comes with a PRECISION turbo a better manifold, tial 38mm WG and top notch everything...
Peak boost is awesome but I think it is more than what you are looking for.

And GEE3 says " i like the drag kit cause it is A/C compatible etc.........." well so is revhard to clear up any misconception that it may not be.
