GSR IM
would an aftermarket IM such as the blox or aebs work well with my gsr with the stock ecu in it? because im thinking about getting a new IM and i don't want to get it and put it on and then end up losing some ponies and have to wait till i get enough dough for another ecu. if im going to lose some ponies with the stock ecu i think i'll wait til i have enough for both at the same time. read a few post already but it didn't give a real solid answer. thanks
the aftermarket IM should complement your other mods (i/h/e and cams).... and the stock ecu would be sufficent but not ideal. the stock p72 has the secondary butterflies to fukk around with too so its time to give it the boot.
definitely put it on the list for next mod, but for the best results i would put both on at the same time.
thats what im doin
--b18c, skunk1, i/h/e/, AEBS IM, crome p28

From what i hear unless you have any serious headwork the intake manifold may hurt more than help. Your car will feel faster at partial throttle but you may actually lose some power at full throttle.
