looking to buy and ls tranny for my b16. what years will fit and are they geared the same? any mods i need to do to make this tranny fit? is it 92-95?

 

why do you want a LS tranny the gears are long it will make your b16 really slow...and all b series tranny are interchangeable...you should search before posting

 

depends if your car has a hydro or cable clutch, then we can tell you what year tranny to get

 

its a 92-95 so i would be willing to bet with almost 100% certianty he has a hydrolic tranny... Any b-series tranny will work anyways, it just comes down to the amount of unnecessary work you want to do..... So find any hydrolic b-series tranny and youll be good.

 

i dunno what tranny i have. its an obd1 b16a jdm...

 

if it is out of an xsi u need cable and if it is out of an sirII it is hydro
