Anyone ever have any problems with Sprint Hart Tuner rims??????????
Just got a pair of these and tryed to mount them on my ek using tuner lug nuts
and got no luck. Seemed like the studs just weren't long enough and lug nuts would strip the studs
called the guy i ordered them from and said all u need is tuner lugs to
put them on. o yeah, tried them on my friends teg and still no luck. Any suggestions or anyone know of anyone else with this problem??? I don't suppose cheap tuner lugs are any different then brand named tuner lugs?

my buddies car had these exact rims on it when he bought it and the guy said it has extended studs put on it cause the rims require it. I could be talking out my ***, but thats what he told us
well i purchased these from takumiproject.com and according to them extended studs
are not needed. they said that all you need is tuner lugs and that they have never
heard of anyone having this problem with regular length studs.

i got them on regular studs and tuner lugs with no problem. although the tuner lugs did feel a little "tighter" when putting them on.
are you having problems with all the lugs?
are you having problems with all the lugs?
actually yes.... it is really tight and even stripped some of the threads a bit.
we used a torque wrench and all it would do is stip it. any tips? please help i
love the rims and would love them on my car
o yeah.... what kinda lug nuts do u use so i can give them a try since they
seem to work for u. thanks.

i don't know what to tell you man. i just used the lugs that came with the wheels.... i had these wheels for almost 10 years now so i don't remember if they're racinghart lugs, but most likely they are.
if your stud/lug nuts are already stripped you should replace them first (of course). check the thread inside the lugs to see if they're jacked. make sure the grooves in the threading are clean before you try again. maybe stop by the auto parts store and get some thread lube (the kind that dry up/evaporate).
good luck. i know it's frustrating. they are some nice wheels.

PM me i know where to get those tuner lugs. The regular tuner lugs will not fit you need the one specially made for these rims. Here are pictures of my tuners:

No way Takumi doesn't know about it. Tell them you need the 'Racing Sparco style stepped lug nuts' to go w/ the rims. Last time I asked they def knew what it was (they just didn't have them in stock at the time tho)

will those lugnuts fix my problem? when i mounted my wheels the studs were to short to put on regular lugs?
