Umm, definitions? You could get a gigantic turbine, rev it past 10k, and run methenol (or whatever they use on top fuelers) and end up with 2k whp.

From a honda, between 800-900whp. At least, thats the latest on c16. Spending under 15k.

Running the mph/weight calculators, there are a couple cars running over 1200 WHP.

Being a DSMer, Shep comes to mind. 177mph and at a rummored 2400 pounds.
