B18a1 89 crx swap - Won't start
don't worry im not asking a dumb question. everything is hooked up right, im just getting no spark. anybody know common distributor problems with the internals that would cause this? i have a distributor for the ls, one for an 89 crx si, and one for a 91 prelude. I've switched and swapped a couple parts like the pak and the NEC controller thing, would anything go bad that would cause no spark that i could replace from the other ones? all off the other opnes worked before i swapped them out sooo any help would be great. I don't want to buy a new one for $210 and no junkyards in my area give any guarantee on electrical parts.
also, one thing i noticed is that on the part where you screw down the two main pwer lines (power and ground) where it indicates which one is which, when i hooked up a test light it lit up for both + and -? is that how its supposed to be?

I have a good Ls dist if you need one. I'll let it go for $125 shipped. Let me know. I would have thought it would be the igniter or coil. It might be the actual crank sensor inside of the dist
