When people refer to the JDM 4-1 header, is this a header different from a DC JDM 4-1? Or, are they the same thing?

If they're the same, then I think I'll be purchasing a DC JDM 4-1, a 2.5" Car-Sound cat, and some exhaust.. custom maybe? I dunno.

Is a 2.5" exhaust too large for a car with just an intake? I mean, what should I expect from the car after?

As for your original question about the header:
Usually when people refer to the JDM 4-1, they are talking about the JDM-spec Integra Type-R 4-1 header, NOT the DC Sports JDM 4-1 header. Either will still require you to by a new catalytic converter as since they are both JDM spec, they both have a 2.5" collector on the end. If I remember right from "The Great Header Test" the DC sports showed slightly higher numbers than the JDM Type-R header. But I think you can find the Type-R header at a cheaper price. And since it is honda made, people often prefer it.
