ok i have a knock sensor code that is not suppose to be there cause i have a jdm gsr in my 95 cx and a jdm ecu and i thought jdm gsr's dont have knock sensors codes if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it

 

does ur car have a knock sensor??...and what computer is in ur car?..is there one in the block 9knock sensor???

 

no there is no knock sensor in there and there is a jdm p72 in there and the last question i have no idea what your saying....thank you

 

I'm not sure about the JDM not having knock sensors but He was asking if there is a knock sensor in the back of your jdm gsr block. If there is all you need to do is run a wire from the knock sensor straight to the D3 pin out in the ECU.

 

wire up the knock sensor to the ecu or get a chipped p28 that doesn't read the knock sensor

I have a completely different setup but my JDM B16A has one and my JDM P30 looks for it as well.. Had a damn KS code for a few months until I got off my *** and ran 1 ******* wire.. Lol just get lazy sometimes..
