Most people will go with Hytech, SMSP, or Toda for header but I think most people will tell you to Search

Unless your motors built, dont go and buy a $1000 header. Just buy a 4-1 2.5" header. There were some tests done and all the headers were about 1-2 hp from each other on a fairly stock itr. If you search you'll probably find it. So if your stock, just buy a 4-1 2.5" header with a 2.5" catback. If you got a built motor, go with sms or hytech.

Yeah.. Great advice.

First things first. Exhausting the gas out of the motor is very Important. The better it can be done the more power and efficiency will be gained!
I hate to include names, but look at GK's setup before the current. he had the SMSP full exhaust with minor other bolt-ons and had a **** load of power.

Please look before leaping in to the unknown.

After seeing these replies to this post, it lets me know how much nicer the ITR forum is. LoL Try posting that **** in the Kill Stories forum and you'll leave there walking like a cowboy from the *** pounding you'll receive.
