FS: Carbon 3D wing
Andrie, there isn't a spec wing in the TC class. I'm in the process of getting a design approved as we speak. Prior to 2004 season, you had to run a HPM spec wing, but in 2004 the rule was changed to allow an approved design. Mostly SCCA Pro-Racing wants to make sure the length and chord of the wing are within spec. I have sent them drawings and a Solidworks model of the wing. We'll see.

I should have said approved wing, not spec wing. Currently there only 6 approved wing. I would say actually 5, since Realtime and Tripoint is virtually identical.

Andrie, do you know who makes the Tripoint (or RTR) wing? Neither of their websites list any wings at all.

I think you should just give it to me in gratitude for all my pro bono consulting and advice. That, and the way I switched off my WIDE button as soon as I saw you in my mirrors at the Infineon race...
The wing is 57" wide. I must say compared to HPM aluminum wing I run nowadays, the 3D wing work better. If only Speed WC allow me to run them.
Hey Thawley, I didn't know about the wide button. That being said, I didn't have a chance to lap you at Infineon
