Default Need Help: Bad hesitation problem 94 CX w/ b16a

OK guys here's the deal: Ive been having hesitation problems recently, and they seemed to have come out of nowhere. Here is when/where i have the problems:

Driving under 50-60% throttle, and sometimes full throtlle depending on RPMs.
Car does not accelerate, and shakes/sounds like ****.
Car is now (as of today) has an irregular idle.
Most of the problems are at lower rpms 2-3500
Car does hit vtec, so its not in limp mode

The car does have a CEL, code 41. This, however, has been on since i bough the car, and has never effected the way the car runs. Have had the car for roughly a year.

Cap/rotor/plugs have been changed, and im going to be checking the timing today.

So, is there anything else i should go for?

Cel 41 is heated oxygen sensor heater (HO2S)= A problem in the heated oxygen sensor heater circuit. Got the Helms manual? if so turn to page 11-44 to diagnose the problem. Fix the cel problem first before you continue on with troubleshooting the rest of the problems.

Ive had the cel for a long time. The reason why it is on is because of the wiring of the CX model.

The cx came with a singlle wire o2, while the b16 has a 3/4 wire o2.

This problem came out of nowhere, so i dont think it is the CEL.

anyone else

car seems to be ok once it first starts for about 8-10 minutes of driving, then is ***** the bed and hesitates/spudders/idles like ****.

Im beginning to think that it is the injectors. Anyone, please?
