G3 Integra front speaker mounting depth....
My Crutchfield says 1 7/8" for the fronts. How true is this?
The MB Quart components I want are 2 3/4". What is limiting the depth to only 1 7/8" in my doors? Thanks.

I know on my car the door speakers are shallow but if you cut the plastic out around the inside, you can fit a much bigger speaker in there. Right now I have Kicker Resolutions 6" in there which are like 3" deep if not more.
