D16Y8 cam in a Z6??? Can it work???

I have a comp stage 2 cam for a D16Y8 and im wondering if it will work in my D16Z6.....??? any ideas

you'll have to get an adjustable cam gear because the timing is different between the two.

I have a cam gear ...but thats the only difference?? everything will fit right?

do research, i am sure it is not an easy task. Its gonna take time and alot of brains to get them to work together!!

I believe also that you will have to play with the timing since the two are different. My friend (93turbo16) had a z6 zex cam in his y8 head for awhile and it worked. Im not sure if you can do it the other way but i would assume you could.
