Default will ex/si cluster work for dx?

as title says. will ex/si and vx cluster work for a dx w/ tach in cluster? what do i got to do to make it work?

as long as its the same gen cluster. but others will require some cutting/wiring

yes, that's true, but why in the world would you want to go through all that hassle when same gen clusters are fully compatible?

They look better for some people. I just love my 9k rpm cluster in my grocery getter. (not that I can go there but u get the idea ) I know they all show 9k and they just look so sexy.

Have you guy seen those gauge overlays that go up to 10k rpms?
