I need some help is not enough to get some answers.
What do you need to know?
First off what year CL?
Look for a book called honda engine swaps
That should help on most questions otherwise it is a direct install. You can keep tranny but recommend getting H22 tranny. Everything else should be straight forward depending on year of your car.

Yeah I will not be able to help a lot on that. Although there are a ton of H22 swaps in all kinds of vehicles on HT. I don't like to say this but you should search around on this. Or wait for a better suggestion.
