I have a problem with mine, very often it crashes and says eror 04 charge pump open, anybody know what that means or is? it seems to only do it when the sensor or module gets hot, not when cold

 

are you letting the O2 warm up before you start the car?

mine does that too...drives me NUTS. i always pull the sensor out of the exhaust and let it warm up and calibrate before i use it. i also have 2 differnt sensors....one for race gas and one for pump gas. seems to help a bit too.
