Default help JDM B16A2 on 98 hatch .

i need help, i just bought a complete jdm b16a2 swap . It also came with the harness and a jdm p30 ecu . Right now im rolling a obd2 sohc vtec motor . What all do i need to convert in order to use the p30 computer and keeping it all obd1? i would appreciate any help thanks.

i was thinking the b16a2 was already obd2, but if you wanting to convert to obd1, you'll need to get a obd2-obd1 ecu conversion harness from someone like weapon r or simliar to plug the obd1 ecu into the main car harness.

u have to convert a lot of things to obd1 i believe..ignition and shyt...

Ok.
1. B16A2 is a USDM engine. Hell, any B##X# is USDM
2. What you mean is that you got a 2nd generation B16A.
3. All you need to do is use an OBD1 distributor (pinned to your stock OBD2 engine harness), ECU and OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness. I think you don't even have to change the injectors.
