power shift?? double clutch??

just wonderin if power shifting is healthy for my car. will it mess up my tranny and clutch?and does it help in racing?..as for double clutch..how does that work, does that help in racin also?

A twin disc clutch will hold more torque.
Forget everything else you saw in F&F.
