Default PM6 ECU or P28 on a D16Y8

I've currently got a d16y8 in my crx and was wondering what the difference was between using a PM6 ecu and P28?

Difference is OBD0/non-vtec (PM6) and ODB1/vtec (p28), as well as $100 bucks.

You also need to convert to obd1 for the p28. In the end, you'll have more power AND the option to chip your ecu later.
