Default manifold parts

i was wondering if anyone out there can help answer a couple of questions hopefully not stupid and already answered questions.
1. what size id/od pipe is used when constructing manifolds?
2. who sells the flanges, pipes, collectors, etc.?
3. where do you buy the center t's used on log style manifolds?
4. lastly, on equal length manifolds are all the runners suppose to be the same length because some runners look longer then others?
I am thinking about building my own manifold for my d-series setup since no one has anything in stock ready to ship. Everyone only carries b-series stuff. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Manifold piping depends on material, material quality, and material size, so it's difficult to say. Most people order from McMaster for one offs like yours.

I've seen log manifold kits where all thats left is welding. That might be best for you.

Check my sig for flanges
