its a vis silver carbon fiber lip that is a replica of the spoon lip.

as you can see on the picture you posted it has vis all over it. dont understand why you would need to make a thread then.

or maybe if you looked at the link you posted you wouldnt have made the thread either:

Same one as posted up above. The first pic is the silver CF EG Spoon lip from VIS. Only looks good on a silver car IMO but it's still the EG Spoon lip. I'll upload later a pic of a polyurethane EG Spoon (real replica) lip that is the same design as the pics above

 

i want to know the name, no **** its vis but i want the name. like mugen, type r, spoon, but i dont think its a spoon cuz i just showed u a picture of the spoon one. so ur tellin me that theres two spoon lips? its not rocket science to see that that spoon one is different from the one im askin bout

its not for the ek, its for a 92-95 civic. all the pics are for 92-95 civic

i dont want a silver one, i just want the name haha. i just posted the silver one cuz the lip stands out more. if u can post me a pic of the authentic spoon lip then i would appreciate it

he was so sure too. Spoon doesnt make JUST 1 lip you know... There's so many knock offs now a days, you can't believe anything websites tell you about the product unless it's the original maker. They'll tell you anything you wanna hear as long as you buy it. Remember that.

No matter how many times you ask, the name is always going to stay the same.....VIS, but its MODELED after a Spoon one.

That design is for the EK front bumper. If you say that it's called a "92-95 Civic Spoon lip" then that's the ABS Dynanmisc POS one that is copied from an 99 EK9 Spoon lip and made to fit the 92-95 Civic front bumper. There are tons of websites out there that mis-label the lip because the manufacturer that makes the knock offs call it some generic name, even though it's no where near the origninal design or look. The real Spoon lip looks just like the silver one above, as already mentioned, as well as every other car on HT.

the other one is the EK mugen replica lip they make for every other car out there

Those "Spoon" lips are expensive! They're at least 160 shipped on eBay, or 240+ shipped for CF. I have no idea why, because its my favorite design for EH2s. I wish they were as cheap as those nasty "Mugen" lips that are like .99 cents

Unfortunatly I dont have enough money to invest that kind of cash in something thats definatly going to be destroyed or at least cracked severly by shitty New England roads

i was lookin through ebay and ebay always have bull **** names for their items, and the spoon lips all look the same for the ek, da, dc2 jdm front, dc4, so i was assuming it would be the same for the eg but i guess its different.

anyone know where i can get a "spoon" lip in urethane besides ebay and where the fitment is REALLY good? don't really want a cf one because i know if i scrape i'll just get mad haha because it is expensive.
