Why won't this car start??

Default Why won't this car start??

92 hatch

91 si engine with obd1 injectors, obd1 dizzy...all obd 1 sensors that are neccassary.

changed head gasket....

WON"T START

has spark
has fuel
has compression
IS AT TDC
cam gear is UP
crank pulley is where it is suppose to be....
piston 1 and 4 are at top


will act like it wants to start but won't


have changed ECU's
new main relay


SOLID CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

does NOT even flash when ignition is turned to start position. stays solid...have tried 2 different ecu's

anyone have any suggestions?

Check your wiring. Solid CEL means bad ECU or ground fault in wiring.

valve cover ground....tight

ground the neg cable on the tranny around the starter as well..
check ur fuel stuff...

i would say check grounds like everyone else said, and i would also check the valve clearances, i had a prelude do the same thing and all it took was a valve clearance to the looser side
