GSR block with B16 head dyno
just got done tuning a car today. the car had the basic bolt on's : cai, 4-1 header, catback. everything else is stock. the cars power curve looks really good. straight continuous power up to 8300 rpms. car made 158whp and 114 ft-lbs of torque. the motor was first tuned for part throttle/everday driving and was hot. also it was pretty hot and humid up in NY today. didnt have much time to let the motor cool down in between runs. on a cooler less humid day, this car would probably see at least 160whp.

yea it wasnt my car. a b16 with I/E/H would wish to see over 110 ft-lbs of torque! lol. 114- 115ft-lbs is normal for a GSR motor. if there was a GSR head on this motor, it woulda make more power from the higher compression it would have. but i say decent numbers from a GSR block with B16 head
yup, it was at T&R Racing......... u coming down on saturday

yea, everything insdie that motor is stock. B16 head with B16 cams, GSR block with stock GSR pistons. i told the kid that the lower comprerssion is hurting his power. he's gonna put some internal work in the car to wake it up a bit
